I had my first session with Recoup360, and Jhané was incredible! I did a full body recovery session with her to help with lower back pain. She talked me through the whole session, explaining the purpose behind what she was doing and explaining the connection between different parts of the body. I'm so excited to continue working with her to improve mobility and prevent future injuries. 10/10 would recommend her services!! (especially for anyone trying to maintain their body and athleticism)
Jhané Garner is the best! I have sciatic in my groin area that runs down into my knee. The pain settled in my knee, making it unbearable to walk. I had to resort to using a cane. Jhané worked her magic, though. She explained everything she was doing and why. When she was finished, the pain had decreased sufficiently. I entered her office walking with a cane, and I exited her office carrying the cane. I'm definitely going back!
