This company needs serious work. They charge you an outrageous amount saying they will get you things faster and they absolutely do the OPPOSITE of that. There are several cases where the requests are a year old and i can't get anyone to give me an update so i end up having to do all the work myself. Do not use this company AT ALL. I am actually concerned they are committing fraud with how much they charge and how little they do.
Negative reviews should be better. Keeps cold calling my business non stop
This website is impossible to navigate. Worst one of all.
in my opinion non existent overseas customer service. Seems like transfered all over the world to untrained phone agents. May just be my experience but extremely unpleasant and frustrating. think this co. got too big
they keep sending request but we always sent it to their website email and fax but they cant see it and it always happened
