This company keeps sending me letters of companies that I don’t know about it. I already called them, but they keep harassing me with this letter all the time I don’t know what else to do. Please stop sending letters to the wrong people!!!!!!

One star is too much to give this company. They don't communicate with each other, and so I get blasted with emails, faxes and calls constantly for records requests I've already responded to. Someone needs to acquisition this poor excuse for a records retrieval company and liquidate their "assets", aka the terrible team that can't be bothered to do their jobs correctly.

My experience with Daniel Wake was horrible. He was completely unprofessional, condescending, and actually cursed me off. I don’t know how this company lets him stay employed. Disgraceful.

This company gets a zero from me but I am forced to give them one star. We don't know the person for whom they want information. I told them we do not know them and they want the paperwork filled out stating that we do not known them. Then the fax doesn't work to boot. I don't have time for this foolishness.

The owner Mr. Martial and I are colleges. Based on his persona alone he is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him and his business to anyone.
