This business is very unprofessional and irrsponsible. At first, they couldn't find my documents I sent via certified mail at postal office, then they fillout the form with wrong infomation; in addition, they told me I didn't pay their service fees but actually they'd received my payment immediately; more riduculous was, on 2/4/2021, the receptionist said she would send me the recorded new documents to me within a week; however, till today 2/18/2018 I havn't received anything yet. After trying to use the service in place of closed County Recording office, I was charged first to use the service, then upload the document. First the status was never shown in the online account dashboard, second the other pending orders disappeared. So there is nothing on the dashboard. All I get from emailing them to ask question or status is automated reply. Calls were unanswered without any live person. This is a very unprofessional business to have no reply, no status, and no service! So what happened? I smell fraudul... read more

I do not recommend this company at all. I contracted this company in September 2020 to record a grant deed and paid for expedited service. The grant deed was recorded today, 12/15/20. They also charged me an undisclosed fee of $25 and is refusing to refund this undisclosed fee. RecordMyDocs.com was fantastic. They answered my phone questions clearly and sent me an agreement via email. It was a very simple one page agreement with clear instructions. I overnight mailed the documents which they received and processed within 2 days. After 8 days, I received an invoice from them indicating that the documents had been recorded. Wow! If I could give this company a 0 star I would. My husband and I had a warranty deed transfer done on a time share over 3 years ago. All signatures done. All fees paid. We were told there was nothing else. Now the collection company for the time share is coming after us and during Covid19 when we dont have money! All because these people did NOT put a Folio # on the document. Im sorry but that is not our job to know what they should be providing when completing a document the correct way.
