Very disappointed with the experience at RRS during a recent Walmart delivery. An employee was extremely rude and aggressive toward the delivery driver before the customer even came outside, speaking disrespectfully and telling the driver to leave while they were simply trying to complete their job professionally. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Delivery workers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism at all times.

I am over 30 years old, and in my entire life I have never met someone like the woman I encountered at this location. I had a Walmart delivery order for this address, and she came out in a very aggressive and hostile manner that honestly frightened me. She ordered me to leave even though I was at the correct address. I have used other records services and RRS beats them all hands down. They are fast in securing records, fast in getting them to you and in communicating any issues/delays. Using them since 2015 and never had any problems. I wish all of our clients used them.

Bunch of thieves. They paid for records and after records were sent they put a stop payment on the check.
