I'll preface this review with my first reiki experience was in Thailand and I am Reiki 1 and 2 certified personally. I haven't done reiki in a long time due to personal reasons, but recently found Ted as my welcome back. He was VERY easy to talk to, was informative, and talked you through the whole session. Ted is truly intuitive and a strong healer. I had a Divine Healing Session with Ted and after I felt lighter, more balanced and even physically better, During the session Ted released blocks he noted in my knees. I didn’t even mention that I had inflammation and pain there. Amazing, the next day the inflammation snd pain were gone.
I did an online appointment, and I quickly got a response via text. The day of my appointment I met Ted. I must say he was very kind and informative. Ted took his time with me, and explained his modalities and services. I originally booked a reiki session. Ted Kostek, an amazing healing man of space, spirit and sundry offered me a clarity, strength and trust that I have not felt in years. He returned me to myself along with the hope and optimism that lived in me for most of my life. Ted and Alice are lovely healers. They have helped me heal in so many amazing ways. I now bring my husband of 22 years and we do energy work as a couple. I can't recommend Ted highly enough. Ted and Alice are also a kind loving team who serve with big hearts and we are lucky to have found them! I too love their energy table / space / room it is so peaceful and beautiful.
