The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. So many better options, look elsewhere.
Where do I start?! Bought a chair last month that is already coming apart after three weeks. I called to ask about it and Laura told me they’d get back to me. After a week or so I called again. This woman had the audacity to say they had no responsibility and to stop calling. I CALLED THOSE TWO TIMES - that’s it. Laura is rude, and has no interest in helping anyone. Don’t spend one nickel here, they don’t deserve it.
Rude ownership. Don’t waste your money with ungrateful people like this! Laura should learn how to treat paying customers instead of making them feel like a burden for expecting follow through.
When you have options on where to spend your money, DO NOT waste any here. The saleswoman, Laura, was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered, not just to me but to her own employees! Come to find out she is the owner! I was in shock. She is completely unhinged and unprofessional and it saddens me she is responsible for anyone else’s livelihood. Take your hard earned money to kind and respectful people who deserve it - because Recliners LA isn’t it!
