Christopher is easy to talk to. He doesn't put words in one's mouth. He has the patience to let one think and then speak about one's thoughts and feelings. He throws in his own similar experience sometimes which is helpful. Teaching one to recognize triggering thoughts or behaviors enables one to put to use positive practices to not go down that "rabbit hole." I highly recommend Christopher.
Chris is present, non judgemental, and isn't afraid to challenge you. He's helped me in so many ways. Would highly recommend.
