Nick is awesome, short notice he was able to get me in, my shoulder had been bugging me for a while and after a 45 minute deep tissue massage session, I feel like I can throw brake hubs around like they are toys again. highly recommend!!! Thanks Nick!

Megan is such a gem! She has the calmest presence and makes you feel so heard and understood. She listens carefully, adjusts based on what you share, and offers really thoughtful insight. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and every session I’ve had feels intentional. I leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and cared for. Highly, highly recommend!!
Booked an appointment with Megan and I was very happy with my experience! She was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with her. She gave me some exercises to help my shoulder and her massage did a great job loosening up the sore muscles. Will definitely be booking with her again🙌🏻
