This is the third project we've entrusted to them, and whether it’s a barn door for a child's headboard or a bench for your foyer, they consistently deliver quality craftsmanship and precision.
We are thrilled with our set of new chairs. They are made from high quality materials with wonderful craftsmanship. Not only are the chairs well made, they are also beautiful and comfortable complete with convenient cup holders. We love sitting together on our front patio, enjoying each other's company in chairs that will assuredly last for years to come. The folks at Reclaim and Renew were a pleasure to work with.
We are very pleased with our gorgeous kitchen bar top they made for us out of reclaimed barn wood. They made the whole process pleasant from start to finish. It was completed sooner than promised. Can’t wait until we can have them create a dining table to complement the bar top!
Everyone at Reclaim Renew is very polite and exceptionally helpful. They worked with us to u destined what we wanted and built a beautiful table. We will be going back to them for pieces in the future.
Working with this store started off great. However, it quickly ended badly! I used them as a secondary contractor. My primary contractor is wonderful. Thankfully so, because of the 11 pieces I ordered from ReclaimRenew, all 11 were wrong! My contractor had to fix every piece. We were also told 8-10 weeks for order to be ready. At 14 weeks, almost no pieces were ready which delayed my contractor. He wrote nothing down while in the store ordering. The staining was put on every piece instead of just 2 as asked.
