Working with this store started off great. However, it quickly ended badly! I used them as a secondary contractor. My primary contractor is wonderful. Thankfully so, because of the 11 pieces I ordered from ReclaimRenew, all 11 were wrong! My contractor had to fix every piece. We were also told 8-10 weeks for order to be ready. At 14 weeks, almost no pieces were ready which delayed my contractor. He wrote nothing down while in the store ordering. The staining was put on every piece instead of just 2 as asked. Illegally parking in handicap spots at Sybergs on 9/20 just so they can deliver a small piece of furniture, tons of other spots available but these guys are better than you amd don't care.
