Josh and his team have been sensational in every aspect of treatment and rehab. Definately recommend
Hila has been amazing. Always supportive, always encouraging, and I always feel better after treatment (long term rehab situation). Honestly the other physios are great, I would and have recommended both senior physios to friends and family. Also admin/reception team are really great and genuinely care, and have endless patience with me (lol).
I have been attending the clinical Pilates classes at Reclaim Health for the last three years mainly to strengthen my back and give me more strength all over and the.classes have certainly done that. My class is run by a highly qualified Physio, Hila, who keeps us on track with the exercises, explains and demonstrates the exercises when someone is struggling or has an injury whilst keeping the class motivated with a very happy and welcoming personality. Hilla has helped me for the last eight months with my knee rehab and if it was not for her, I would have done a knee surgery. I am so thankful for her truthful advice, patiently taking me through the whole rehabilitation journey and trusting me to work on a daily basis. She is not only a professional but also very personal to make one feels comfortable and encouraged. She is my go to physio!!
