I think this was the best customer service I’ve ever had at any kind of establishment. All the guys there took care of us and edited our rental times, changed the hours to other bikes and accommodated us when we brought them back an hour early. If you’re in North Van looking to rent a bike please go here!
Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They were very helpful and took the time to explain all the features very carefully. And really made sure we got what we needed. Its obvious theyre just trying to get the right bike for you! I went to a couple places in Vancouver and so happy we made the drive over to North Vancouver. Truly the best bike store!
Such a friendly bike shop! My child had plans with a friend, but the tire on the bike went flat, so we rushed in. They helped us so kindly and fixed it really quickly. We’ll definitely come back again. Thank you so much for your help!
The team at Reckless Shipyards deserves all the praise. I drove for an hour to shop here instead of visiting the retailer 5 mins from my house because of Tony's commitment to customer service. They understand how to run a customer facing, service-oriented business & were very accommodating/helpful. Tony and his team know what they are doing! After explaining my needs for a bike with a more rural daily ride he got it spot on. And on our test ride he was as delighted as I was with how the ride was going. Although I have ridden bikes all my life none of them have been as special as this Gazelle. And not for a moment did I feel intimidated by the vibe and expertise in their shop.
