My experience at Reckless was easily the best bike shop experience I have ever had. I broke the belt on my bike. Not easy to do and uncommon enough for the part to be rare. They said they would search for a replacement but warned me if they didn’t have one, it could be a couple weeks before I got I it fixed. I was worried as I only have my bike for my day-to-day transport. They found the belt and hooked me up same day and were so nice and helpful. Rented an eMTB while I was in town. These guys were simply amazing. I had a short window due to travel. Bosco accommodated my schedule and drove be to the trailhead. Tony was very accommodating on my return. Even though Mount Fromme kicked my butt, I had great time. Thanks guys!!
Easy place to get your e-bike serviced. Good price and the employees seem to really want to help you out!
Great service and orientation for us first time e-bike users ensuring proper fitting and comfort. Focus on safety and enjoying the experience. Reasonable pricing. High quality, well-maintained bikes.
I think this was the best customer service I’ve ever had at any kind of establishment. All the guys there took care of us and edited our rental times, changed the hours to other bikes and accommodated us when we brought them back an hour early.
