Cold and no personality is an understatement personified. I had an excellent experience with the original owner for several years, including POA, real estate, wills etc. As of a few weeks ago, I asked the new owner to make a simple change/deletion codicil in my will. Well lo and behold, she procrastinated, she lied, she obfuscated, she stalled, she was extremely slow returning calls and emails and she is excellent at butting in during conversations. Maryam was great! I walked in to get a couple documents notarized and she made the process super easy and simple. I looked up this place on google and got lucky, and didn’t have to wait at all. She was able to email me a virtual copy as well which allowed me to send it to my employer conveniently. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for notary services & real estate services!
