Feeling great after my second visit to Shawn. It is remarkable how well he understands body mechanics and the philosophy behind it. As a rock climber/carpenter I have seen dozens of massage and physical therapists over the years and Shawn is hands down the best.
Shawn definitely knows his stuff. I met him in Port Hardy but plan to drive to Naniamo for treatments.
