Five stars for Fiona! She is an absolute professional and an incredible sports massage therapist. Fiona knows exactly which muscle groups to target to improve mobility and reduce recovery time. You come out of the session feeling completely released, fixed and ready for your next workout. Highly recommend her for any athlete or fitness enthusiast!
I highly recommend Fiona, she was very professional and knowledgeable in what she does. Working out all the tight muscles has helped me feel great again.
Fiona is an amazing massage therapist. I suffer from chronic pain and I do not go regularly due to a busy life and when I do go she gets all the knots out of my body and I walk out there feeling like a different person. She is amazing for current pain and I have had her do lymphatic drainage in the past and that has really helped with my fibromyalgia symptoms. I really recommend her for any massage therapy or any chronically ill person that deals with chronic pain.
