Excellent massage, very consistant. A peaceful and restorative experience!
Christyn is an exceptional massage therapist who can identify my muscle tension through touch and experience. Her knowledge of anatomy helps her pinpoint my problem areas effectively. She uses a combination of pressure on the muscle knots, myofascial release techniques, and compression for sports massage.
Very professional and caring. I always feel so much better after each session. The best massage I have ever had. Highly recommended.
