I love Recharge! I come once a week and it’s definitely the highlight of my week :) The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting and the staff are all wonderful and friendly. Other than the sauna (my fav) I have also tried the NormaTec compression on my legs and it felt nice and helped with circulation and soreness from lifting. Definitely recommend this place!!

I am a professional tennis player, and recovery is one of the most important aspects of playing and feeling better! I feel so lucky to have found this place. It is clean and located in the cutest area. I really enjoy all the services they offer. The staff is great, and I am so grateful to be here on a weekly basis—it’s the best way to spend your time.
