My migraines and back pain improved significantly from Recess sessions. I know that I should get up and stretch myself throughout the day but I get so caught up in my work that I can sit for hours straight without moving. Recess sessions give me the break I need and since it’s in a group, I don’t feel guilty about taking that time away from my to-do list. Cass is also super engaging and mixes up the sessions so it keeps it interesting and it reduces tension in multiple areas.
