Very comfortable chair with enough adjustments to be able to fine tune it. It arrived quickly. I'm pleased with the service.
I ordered two Ergo Lounge chairs in the Sand colour and one arrived with a stain on it. Fair enough. Instead of replacing it I asked if I could exchange and upgrade the chair but they said I'd have to pay a new delivery fee to do so despite being happy to send a replacement Lounge for free. The Ergo Lounge is nice to look at but it's not a comfortable chair for lounging or work so I chose to refund it (giving up the delivery fee) and it took weeks of back and forth to get it picked up, including two days of no show couriers.... read more
So far I am very impressed with the purchase. I have been using this chair for a couple of weeks now and it is comfortable, provides the support I am after and looks great. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.
My office chair from Recess looks great and is so comfortable. Ordering process was easy and delivery clear and quick. The assembly instructions also clear and easy. Would 100% recommend.
Great chair, very comfortable. Assembly instructions have a few errors but it is easy enough that I could work out what to do despite that.
