From start to finish, working with the Recess team was easy and professional. My questions about freight delivery to my remote address were researched for me and sorted most satisfactorily. I did have some trouble assembling the seat… the instructions were all very clear but I was working by myself and I’m not very coordinated with allen keys at the best of times. So worth the struggle!
