Booked in this morning to see Clinton to manage my tight hips/back pain. He was extremely professional and thorough. Couldn’t recommend him more.
We did the partner massage experience for two with Jana and it was great! We weren’t 100% sure what to expect but Jana made it fun and not awkward at all, and we left with lots of tips and skills to be able to do our own massages. Jana provided great feedback and was extremely knowledgeable. The other staff we interacted with were also super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I came and did a stretch class followed by a Pilates class and it was brilliant; lovely people who are clearly incredibly loyal and consistent, and some movements which are so important and rarely done consistently to maintain correct mobility without over stretching. Thanks so much, I will be back!!! PS Karin-Anne is the BEST
ReCentre is the hidden gem on the Northern Beaches!!! I've been obsessed with ReCentre since my bestie invited me to join her for a "sauna & ice bath catch up." 2 years later, we continue with our weekly ritual for health & happiness in our "sanctuary" I visit twice/weekly for contrast and compression therapy to help my body recover from playing women's hockey.
