Felt so welcomed and calm from the minute I walked in here! Have now had two treatments from Alven for a neck strain, and have gone from not being able to turn my head at all to now having full range of motion. 10/10 pain but 10/10 treatment!!! :D excellent facility for recovery from injury or working on preventing any new ones. Thankyou so much!
Marek is a magician, been seeing him for over a year now and he is amazing. Treatment from remidial massage, cupping and needling, is always measured by what you have talked about. He takes time after treatment to guide you with help where he can, or to talk about at next visit. Recentre as a space is also great from hot cold therapies to puppy yoga
Hand down one of the best places to come I fly down from Brisbane every 6 weeks and this is always one of my stops. Very professional and they know how to get you feeling good again would recommend to anyone that want to feel great within their body.
