At $150 an hour for a massage I was hoping to get someone who would be able to fix the tension in my back. After 4 days I’m still feeling as tense. Hit and miss with the massage therapists!!
The best remedial massage place on the beaches and I think I've tried them all. Especially if you are in training, have sports injuries and need to feel confident that they know what they're doing. All the therapists are great here but I really like Marine Gaujarengues. She is so intuitive and works out exactly what you need and what will benefit most. Highly recommend.
I can’t recommend Marek at Recentre in Brookvale highly enough! I recently saw Marek for a remedial massage after picking up a knee injury playing sport. I’d been dealing with pain for over two weeks, and after just one treatment with Marek, I walked out of the centre pain-free! Marek really worked his magic and made such a huge difference.
