Bought a phone. Didn’t connect to the network. Sent it back for my refund. And never heard back after multiple attempts nor have I seen a refund. There are dozens of other people reporting this same experience. This company is incompetent and lacks integrity and does NOT deserve your business. STAY FAR AWAY!
A couple years back, I sold my husband's and my phones, with no issue. I decided to try them again... I shipped my phone on 6/5 (with the shipping label provided from their website). Tracking shows the package arrived at their P.O. Box on 6/7. I have not received any communication from them. I have emailed them and used the contact form on their website. I just tried calling their listed phone number, and it is not in service. Seems like their just running some fraudulent operation at this point.
Agreed to have cell phone not sent bc it would arrive after my son left the country. BUT NEVER refunded payment through paypal.. Two months I been waiting. Bought off SWAPPA SITE and their NO help.
