I was recently forced to file complaints against RecDirect with the Better Business Bureau in both Georgia and Tennessee. I recommend that consumers do not buy from RecDirect. We purchased a spa and called about it week after week after it was supposed to be delivered. The sales representative, Carey Alltop, never even checked on it.
