I stopped by today because I had purchased a faulty component. It seems Orvacs has moved in a different direction, but Ben was gracious enough to take care of me. I appreciated his concern and his resolution to my problem. I'm not sure where they're headed, but I hope the same display of ethics and integrity that Ben demonstrated will continue. Thank you, Ben.
After telling the gentleman I needed to buy some wire sleeves and some cable raceway, he then said he only opens the gate if you are for sure buying. He asked again what I needed buy and then went to the counter to grab a sheet of a different store in Costa Mesa to buy supplies when I saw what I needed on their shelves. The guy doesn’t seem to care or give any customer service at all.
