My rehab journey here has been top notch. The customisation of my programme, the attention to specific needs, and the facility are all excellent. Couldn't be happier with how knowledgeable and friendly all the staff are.
George has been my go to for more than 3 yrs now. I appreciate how thorough George is in exploring my concerns. The treatments and exercises he provides keep me bouncing back and on the golf course - my ultimate goal. Updating my review - George is still my go to! My latest program from him to continue to build bone and muscle strength to minimize impact of osteoporosis has just the right amount of stretch and added variety, but not too much.

I’ve never been a gym girl. Could count on my fingers the times I’ve lifted weights. Now thanks to @rebuildhealthandperformance I’m training multiple times a week. I use to not go a day without knee pain, now I can run knee pain free. I’ve never felt stronger, more confident in my body and prouder of my accomplishments The staff are so supportive, welcoming, friendly and fun as are the other clients. I look forward to getting there every time!
