Rebound Health is a fantastically inclusive allied health space. I’ve been having Exercise Physiology sessions with the lovely Harriet and I’ve found her exceptional to work with in terms of both her professionalism and personability. I recommend Harriet and Rebound wholeheartedly to anyone looking for assistance in designing an exercise and lifestyle program

I have been attending Rebound for a couple of months and I have found it to be an excellent facility. My exercise physiologist, Harriet and my physio, Jocelyn are fantastic. They have excellent knowledge and explain things very well. They also work very well together so I could get a good outcome. I have no hesitation recommending Rebound!

I have been doing Onero classes for 12 months after being diagnosed with low bone density. Sarah & Nic have been fantastic trainers, encouraging me every step of the way in the program.
