Best bikes in town, wonderful experience renting bikes from them and they have amazing customer service
Staff here were great, and also very efficient. Showed up as walk-ins for a rental, and in maybe 15 mins, we were on our way with two e-bikes, and a trailer for carrying the kids. The e-bikes were great, we had a great time, and the staff had some perfect recommendations for trails.
They took care of my road bike and got it back into top shape!!!!! Great shop and great service.
These guys absolutely hooked it up. A1 from start to finish. Made the booking online, the previous night, in preparation for a long ride from Canmore to Banff. Not only did they have a huge selection of wheels, but when I came first thing in the morning they got me kitted to something closer to my size. Well greased, in great condition and I easily found my way to a gorgeous ~40 mile recommended route. Drop off was as simple as could be.
