We bought two expensive power recliners, one of which has since broken. We were told that the warranty started when the chair was put on the sales floor and had run out. We have been unable to get any cooperation in getting the chair fixed after 6 months of calls and store visits.
Worst business ever!!! Waiting for furniture for over 11 months!!! Had to pay 1/2 up front, THEN told it would be 8 months before we would have it!!! We were buying it for a Christmas present for our 82 year old mother!! So, unhappily here we wait for another "who knows how long" until they decide to deliver, and/or a "REAL DELIVERY DATE"!! We have been trying and trying for a delivery date with NO success!!! The response from the OWNER is nothing but a great big runaround!!
