Went above and beyond to find the right size for my grandson
Today, my friend and I visited for very specific shoes. James was very attentive and helpful with every request, including different purposes (running, cross training, competition) and multiple size changes. Emma also assisted us, going out of her way to find items that weren't on the shelf, give recommendations for items that weren't in stock and continually checked in on how we were doing. Had a great experience at Rebel today, served by Emma C. Great product knowledge and service which made the transaction easy and quick. Great to see the old school style of service from a retail sales specialist, well done. When asked if sales were commissioned based Emma's response was that "the service represents the whole store" I'll be back. thank you
