Today, my friend and I visited for very specific shoes. James was very attentive and helpful with every request, including different purposes (running, cross training, competition) and multiple size changes. Emma also assisted us, going out of her way to find items that weren't on the shelf, give recommendations for items that weren't in stock and continually checked in on how we were doing.
