Appalling customer service. I called to check if a basketball was in stock. I was told it is and they will put it aside for me. They actually said they had 6 in stock. I drove 45 minutes to get there. When I arrived they said they couldn’t find any and made me wait for 15min while they looked again. Ridiculous. Called head office and waited on hold for 20min with no answer.
