I had a fantastic experience buying sports shoes thanks to Idvin. He took the time to understand what I needed, gave incredible advice on performance and fit, and made the whole process effortless without any pressure. Highly recommend asking for Idvin.
Appalling customer service. I called to check if a basketball was in stock. I was told it is and they will put it aside for me. They actually said they had 6 in stock. I drove 45 minutes to get there. When I arrived they said they couldn’t find any and made me wait for 15min while they looked again. Ridiculous. Called head office and waited on hold for 20min with no answer.
Great store
