Very great sport shop the staff for very great
Good customer service and clean store
Poor customer service. When I looked online for a Nordic treadmill and saw that it said "try in store," I went to my local Rebel and they told me they didn't have one on display and that they wouldn't check other nearby stores to see if they did. I then contacted Wetherill Park to be sure before leaving, but I was put on hold for three minutes before the line abruptly ended.
Santiago (Santi) is a legend. Took almost 20 mins out of his day to find the snorkel kit I was after. A few trips between the store rooms and he found the size I wanted - thanks to him my niece has her Christmas present this year. Santi is a team member that knows how to treat customers right and make then want to come back and shop again. I hope he gets some recognition for his efforts! :)
