I was in the store for a long time, looking at sports bra’s. After i while i asked for assistance from the only staff member i could find. He said he will ask a lady to help me (rightfully so his knowledge may be limited). After another long wait he said she is coming. I waited some more. Rude salesperson ( woman). Need to learn from the friendly young girls and boys around her.
Went in to purchase a weights bench that they had advertised online and was in stock. Approached the front counter where there were four staff. Was told they have no stock on floor to show me; no they wouldn't open the box to let me see the bench before I purchased it. I was told to try other Rebel stores. They wouldn't check to see what store had the bench on display. Poor customer service. Ended up buy from Rebel in Newton who were very helpful.
