Had an online order mistake which I was wanting delivery but ended up being click & collect & customer service wasn't allowing a change to the order. The store was a bit busy but doesn’t mean they can ignore their protocol. I bought a shoe and just found out that the sizes were completely different. The check out lady was rushing so much that she didn’t even let me ask anything let alone about asking me if there was anything I needed. Such unprofessional service from a big retail shop, it’s a shame.
Was great for a variety of stuff and very help staff
