Terrible. Not yet even 5:30pm and the store didn’t want to let me in! I already have in mind what to buy, just gonna pick it up and pay. Lady staff said “no we’re closed”… BUT it’s not yet even 5:30 pm.

We experienced exceptional customer service from Lucas P. He was very helpful and patient with my son helping him with a new pair of rugby boots. Lucas showed great knowledge of the stocked products and was able to recommend a pair that were exactly what he wanted. After checking we had everything we needed he went straight on to the next customer.
