I had a very bad experience in the Rebel store Werribee Plaza I had to change my footwear and my footwear were not at all comfortable due to which I had a problem with my feet and my knee as well I requested the manager for the replacement but he did not respond all though the new one which I brought were so dirty still the manager did took the full amount from me pathetic experience with this store the team members were also very rude as if w have asked for there own money or property Disgusting behaviour and the manager Wi... read more
I have been buying sportswear and shoes from Rebel werribbee for a few years. Andrea is very knowledgeable about all brand and keeps customers needs above everything. Today, she assisted me in picking the right Asics and size and went above & beyond to help with older Asics as well. Thanks Andrea for this amazing customer experience.
