Had a worst ever experience with Kylie. Was looking for proper size but she comes with so rudely standing far corner of the store . Definitely she knows nothing about customer service .
While the staff on duty were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and did their best to provide excellent service, it was clear that they were stretched thin. The venue would definitely benefit from having more staff on hand, especially during busy periods. With additional support, service times could improve significantly and allow the team to maintain the high standard of hospitality they clearly strive for. Had an interesting experience with Emma, who apparently believes customer service means taking things personally and walking away refusing service as a customer server. A simple discussion turned “tense” (read: slightly assertive), and suddenly I’m no longer a customer worth serving. Definitely a unique approach to hospitality — if you’re into that sort of thing.
