Customer service is exceptional. My husband and I were at the store earlier today and we have not stopped talking about how helpful, friendly and lovely the staff were expecially Meg thank you so much for your help, even as busy as you were!
The customer service was really good and they were really nice.
Poor customer service, no one would great or care if you needed help since they were all mostly talking amounts themselves, however Meghan takes the cake, she was very condescending on the counter talking to me like I was a 5 year old, so yeah please hire new staff :D
Carly was great. The store was closing, everyone was busy, but Carly took the extra couple of steps to make sure our experience is what we expect from Rebel. She actually cared for the customer.
