Received excellent service from the young lad in the shoe section today. I told him my concerns and he basically said “I got you” because he went to the back, got shoes that I didn’t even look at and it was a perfect fit. Here I thought it was going to be an impossible task but he knew exactly what I needed. All the staff in the store were super friendly
Terrible service, understaffed. If you know exactly what you want it's fine. If you need help with anything. Don't bother.
You’re not here to help. No one on the floor, and when I asked at the counter no one appeared after a five minute wait. No pricing on some items, others not sorted or labeled clearly. I came here to buy a tennis racquet that I’d identified as in stock at this location on your website, navigated the labyrinthine mall to get to your store, and left empty handed.
