Absolutely disgusting behaviour!! They advertise price match and when I got to the counter the young lady said…. “This website isn’t australian “ I did explain to her that Nike doesn’t have a .com.AU !! She wanted to se the bloody .AU! When I called customer service it became even worst as the guy on the phone said he couldn’t find the specific shoe ( I opened the site in front of the cashier !!!!) It is very simple, don’t advertise that you will price match if you won’t do it.

Terrible customer service. The cashier Chloe had a rude and unprofessional attitude throughout the entire purchase. When I clearly showed my dissatisfaction, her attitude only got worse. To make matters worse, after paying, she didn’t even hand me my items and I had to take them myself from the counter. Completely unacceptable service for a customer-facing role.
My experience at Rebel today was superb. Thnks to Zane and Lachlan who made my purchase a pleasure..they were extremely polite and a great reflection on your store
Rebel has gone down hill. The clearance rack had nothing under $50! Soon you guys will be out of business, good riddance! You can tell the clearance items have sat there for donkeys years, as the tags are so faded you can't even see the price!
