I received excellent customer service from a lovely Scottish lady working in the store. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Lachlan, Oliver and Ben were so helpful, they all problem solved as a team both on the floor and on the tills. They helped me return and exchange an item and made my experience so easy

Worst click & collect experience I've ever experienced. 1st time is forgiven, 2nd time not so much... Expect to wait longer than simply shopping in store (defeats the whole point of click & collect)...
