Worst click & collect experience I've ever experienced. 1st time is forgiven, 2nd time not so much... Expect to wait longer than simply shopping in store (defeats the whole point of click & collect)...

I'm a longtime member of Rebel and purchase from this store often for sporting goods. Wanted to place a review specifically for my experience today. I popped in to enquire about an issue I was having with my sports watch. The lady who served me was lovely and extremely professional. She worked with me to assess my options and completely resolved everything for me so that I have a functional watch again which I need to use minimum once a day for surf sports and fitness activity tracking.
