On a super busy day I was lucky enough to be looked after by Orin who, for the second time this year, helped me find some suitable shoes following a foot injury. He is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, a real asset to Rebel. Thank you Orin.
I just had the best experience with Jodie at the Tuggerah Store!!! It is my sons 12th birthday today, found his wish list TODAY and he wanted a Liverpool jersey..... Called the store Jodie ran around to find everything she could in his size, and popped it behind the counter for me. Went into the store and she was just as lovely and helpful in person! Great service Jodie, and a huge thank you from this Mumma for saving her son's birthday!!!!! 10/10
