Very disappointed, the whole interaction with the staff was one the workers coming up to me no hello no hi “you are old enough to read the sign that kids are not allowed on the bikes”. Bit of background I was trying the exercise bike and then my 6 year old jumped on to try I didn’t see any signs saying kids not allowed on them, latter I saw him quickly putting signs on the seats of exercise bikes latter. This is absolutely not the way to treat customers I am not going there again.
I have limited spare time and I walked into the rebel sports store in Traralgon for a pair of new sneakers. Shane served me……absolutely incredible! He knew his product knowledge inside and out. I expressed to him precisely what I was after and what function I was requiring the sneakers for and he narrowed it down to a couple of sneakers. I asked the pros and cons of each one for what I needed and he was very informative and patient. The staff were lovely and respectful young people, the price was very reasonable, we got two pairs of ASICS GEL walking shoes 👍. Iv been back for more asics gels, as usual very nice staff, i looked at the weights and dumbbells this time great selection and good prices.
