Had the best customer service Thursday night! I had such a terrible experience at the willows store and came straight here and the gentleman I had was very lovely and helpful. I rang ahead of time to make sure they had shoes in stock and he put them aside for me :)
Great efficient friendly service
Extremely poor customer service. I spent my whole morning coming here because their other store assured me they had stock. When I arrived, I was forced to wait for ages because two employees were serving the exact same customer at the same time, completely ignoring the long queue. When it was finally my turn, they told me the scooter was in the warehouse but flatly refused to let me open the box or even look at it to check its size unless I purchased it first!
