I BOUGHT TWO PAIRS OF SOCKS BOTH ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND SMOOTH AND SOFT
They just don't have enough staff. Good luck getting any assistance with shoes. I was in the shoe area for about 20 minutes and did not interact with one staff member. And I was the only customer in the area at the time. I guess Rebel are on cost-cutting mission.
Was given a gift card bought at Rebel Ryde. Unable to use the gift card as it was not activated properly at checkout. Store would not help and not interested. Called Rebel after 58 min on the phone, they could not help.
When I attended the store from the moment I arrived I received excellent customer service from Alex, who went above and beyond that’s how it should be but unfortunately most staff don’t really care anymore ,if everyone was like him shopping would be a great experience
