When I attended the store from the moment I arrived I received excellent customer service from Alex, who went above and beyond that’s how it should be but unfortunately most staff don’t really care anymore ,if everyone was like him shopping would be a great experience
Your store looks and feels like a factory outlet. Half the shoes are missing on display, it's impossible to find staff to get a shoe sized up to try on. Ill take myself to JD sports instead. In this day and age of online retail, you need to make sure you in-person experience is on point. Either staff and stock the shop like a proper retailer or close it.
If you need to pick up a large item from their loading doxk be prepared to wait at least 40 min
Was given a gift card bought at Rebel Ryde. Unable to use the gift card as it was not activated properly at checkout. Store would not help and not interested. Called Rebel after 58 min on the phone, they could not help. DO NOT BUY a Rebel gift card.
