A big shout-out to the team at Rebel Top Ryde! I was in a hurry to find my son a pair of training shoes before his session. Although they didn’t have his size, the team checked stock at another store and even offered to call ahead and have a pair put aside for us. Despite having other customers waiting, they remained patient, attentive and genuinely helpful. I’ve never had a retail team offer to contact another location on my behalf like that. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
Not bad
Had a very positive experience with the manager on duty here when they were unable to source the exact product I was after. Alicia was very willing to help and provided a replacement item, with great customer service and a friendly smile.
No staff if you want help. Bed experience.
