The store manager(Jason) is a gem of a person. I wanted a cricket bat which was only available at this store. I am from Sydney, and Jason agreed to get it delivered from his store with no additional cost to Sydney. He also sent me an additional grip as the grip of the bat has shown some discolouration. Thanks a lot for a great service.
Been here before staff more interested in talking amongst themselves. Today TJ in footwear was polite smiling and helpful. I did not add to his day with 3 young children needing sneakers. Another size needed another colour lots of help required. He could not have been more polite and helpful and moved quickly between customers. Thanks TJ we appreciated you
A pretty odd and uncomfortable experience while in store. My friend (who is non-confrontational) was looking at a pair of sale shoes when a male worker came near her. Nothing was wrong up until he passive-aggressively told her that they were “cricket shoes.” It would have been a totally normal interaction but his tone and facial expression (again passive-aggressive) made her so uncomfortable that she left the pair of shoes she was looking at and was intending to buy, (the shoes were casual sneakers and she was simply looking... read more
I was served by Mia at the checkout in Rebel Sports, Grand Central Toowoomba, and she was fantastic! She was super friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond by helping put in my details and making sure everything was set up properly. Great customer service and such a positive attitude – she made the whole process quick and easy. Rebel is very lucky to have her on the team! Well done Mia, keep up the awesome job!
