The shop is open and easy to access and exit. The staff walking the floor are really friendly and helpful. There is lots of stock to pick from and easy entry to pay. The shop was clean and busy but enough to walk and pick items easily. The staff was so supportive when I had to exchange items, very sufficient and friendly.

While it’s great to have help when you need it, the incentive-driven service is getting a bit out of hand. Multiple staff members tried to force their assistance on me while I was obviously already looking at something or walking with purpose to a section of the store or already heading to the checkout. Last time one put their label on my item even though they hadn’t actually helped me. I would prefer that they were there if needed but just let me shop if not.
Absolutely will not shop here again. Ordered a trampoline and was given multiple different directions for pick up spent 1.5hrs driving around grand Central and 5 phone calls to find a loading dock that has no signage no buzzer no nothing. Words cannot explain how angry this has made me. If I could give zero stars I would.
Good price. Very complete sporting goods store.
