If your going to have sales like buy 1 get 1 half price, make sure your staff put the right merchandise in the correct as your misleading customers when it comes time to pay with "oh that's not part of the sale" then when asked why are they placed in the sale section I get told "its not my department so I don't care" seriously disgusting service.
I had an amazing experience at Rebel Tea Tree Plaza thanks to Cameron J. I came in with a long list of sneaker requirements and no idea where to start. I'd already been to two other stores that couldn't help me, but Cam was fantastic. Even though it was close to closing time, he took his time, explained different shoe options clearly, and matched suggestions to exactly what I needed. He made the whole process easy and never made me feel rushed. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
