I bought a full price Speedo swimsuit at the Rundle Mall Rebel, when I got home, I checked the Speedo official website and found that it was half price now. I took it to the Tea Tree Plaza Rebel to make a beat price, but the staff took a $10 of shipping fee from the refund. Is this reasonable?
Excellent customer service. I tried on a large number of running shoes and the young lady who attended us, I think it was Victoria was super polite, professional and above all knowledgeable about all the shoes we enquired about. At the checkout we were also greeted well, which resulted in a really good experience, very happy customers. Thank you Rebel Sport for keeping the standard in customer service that we have become used to and naturally expect.
