Change rooms are dirty and walls are covered in dust. Customer service was poor. Change room staff member took the clothes from me i didn't want, made my way to leave to store and the staff member ran behind me and bent down to the basket of my pram and asked if she can get that for me (Items purchased at another store). So she had presumed I had shop lifted. Instead, she should have asked to check my pram/bag when leaving the change room or should have been at the change room prior to me entering.
I was very impressed with the shoe service with helping my little girl going back to school sneakers, he was kind, personable and easy to talk too. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
I bought a full price Speedo swimsuit at the Rundle Mall Rebel, when I got home, I checked the Speedo official website and found that it was half price now. I took it to the Tea Tree Plaza Rebel to make a beat price, but the staff took a $10 of shipping fee from the refund. Is this reasonable?
