Good selection of sports goods
Ryan was really helpful with going back and forth and finding basketball shoes in the right size for our son. Eventually reserving a pair at another store when we couldn’t get the right size.
Purchased a $1300 basketball ring, only to have the backboard arrive and 1 box missing. Requested a refund as I needed to purchase another ring as I had contractors booked to fit it in. Refused to refund me until I receive the whole package, yet after speaking to a store manager and 2 different customer care assistants, no one can tell me when or if I will actually receive the second box. Genuinely the worst retail shopping experience I think I've ever had. Went in trying to buy shoes, as someon looking for Euro 45, the whole experience was painful from start to finish. Waiting 10 minutes to speak to an assistant, which isn't great, but not their fault. The fact that, there is no way to know which shoes on display go to which sizes, so why did I even bother coming in store in the first place?
