I always have a great in store experience here and am able to find exactly what I need. Staff are helpful & the manager goes above and beyond for customers.
Extremely disappointing experience with the manager on duty today, resulting in a lost $360 sale for the store. My 14-year-old had saved all year to buy a pair of $360 soccer boots, only to be denied a small discount for a completely damaged Nike shoebox. It was the last pair available in his size, yet the manager refused to acknowledge that the product was damaged. Instead of offering any reasonable solution, she insisted that the condition of the packaging "doesn’t affect the sale value" and dismissed our concerns entirely... read more
Shopped with my cousin who was purchasing a new pair of runners. The half price Black Friday special was exactly what he was looking for. Excellent price. Great customer service at the Tamworth store.
I came into rebel Tamworth earlier this week to buy a new pair of shoes for my son the lovely young man I believe his name was Bailey Was extremely helpful and courteous
30 minutes till close time I entered, was then followed and strangely standing beside me without offering any help. I was buying warm clothing, instead I was spooked off before closing time.
