Attended store twice..1st time to purchase swimming flippers I had found on Rebel website but were unfortunately not on shelf in store. I was unable to find anyone to assist so left the store disappointed. I had some lunch in the shopping centre and checked the website again to find that item should be available in store. 2nd visit I found some assistance and showed him the website showing availability at Tamworth store. The man kindly searched their stores to locate the item I wanted to buy.
😢 I haven’t had one good shopping experience since they opened. I don’t even bother going there anymore.
Terrible customer service. I was in the store to buy a treadmill and had three staff members walk past me with their heads down to avoid eye contact. I even watched to see if they were helping someone else but they didn’t. No one offered to help me so after waiting I left. Unfortunately it’s not the first time this has happened in this store. I ended up buying it online and got free delivery from another supplier. I won’t go back as this is a common occurrence. It’s a shame as I was so excited when rebel came to Tamworth.
