Unhelpful and rude staff
I bought lifting grips from this Rebel store last Friday, but the left and right grips are different sizes. Is this the standard design, or were mismatched items packed together? I couldn’t find a way to contact support, so I’m asking here. Please let me know if I should exchange them.
Was suggested to come to this store as I was looking for a Warriors shirt, unfortunately they didn't have any, but the guy who was helping us went out of his way to find one at the nearest shop to where I was staying and the size... found one close to us thank goodness in Bankstown Central... I can't remember his name but thank you for everything you did, I did get the shirt and am very happy...
