Be careful with what you get charged at the registers!! I was really disappointed with my experience today at Rebel Springfield!! We purchased a few items, and one of them was marked as $35(full price) on the tag. The boy at the register scanned the item a few times because he wasn’t sure of the price. He then asked someone else to scan it, and despite both of them knowing the tag said $35, they still put it through as $39. Staff are lovely and welcome me every time I walk through. They always ask if I need there help with anything and always have the newest merch available for my sporting teams
Change rooms are locked and you have to find someone to unlock the door. Was such a waste of my time, got frustrated and left. I'd rather go to a store that doesn't consider everyone a thief.
Had a really nice guy help me with some purchases today (shin guards and footy socks). Thanks for the seamless transaction!
