Really helpful staff, the kids love going there.
Had to exchange some faulty shoes in store today. Dealt with Mitch. I can honestly say I have never experienced such genuine old fashion customer service. Very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, also observed how he managed some of the other staff and he was the same. Absolute credit to your organisation
