Excellent customer service from Charlotte today. She went above and beyond to call another store to get me the item that I needed. It was such a pity that the item wasn’t in stock here as I would have loved to have given this store my money due to her excellent customer service.
Last month I ordered two trampolines online for click and collect by mistake. Within an hour, Lily the manager called me to check if this was a mistake. It certainly was and I truly appreciated Lily noticing this detail on the order and calling me straight away. I went in store to sort a refund for one trampoline and Lily completed the transaction and was friendly and professional. Lily then met me at the loading dock to pick up the trampoline. Thank you Lily, you are a valued manager of our local Rebel store and community!
I was highly impressed today by assistance from a lovely young man named Chiko. He helped me find the perfect sized comfortable asics shoes for work. It is very important to me to find well fitted shoes as I have plantafaciatis , therefore I was very impressed. I had my 18 month old granddaughter with me , since he was so knowledgeable and professional I decided to get him to fit her with a pair also and he fitted her perfectly with a pair of cute baby asics, as they did not have her size in store, he also organised her size... read more
