I ordered a click and collect order online and unfortunately they couldn’t locate the stock, Nick emailed and called me to advise and said they’d be able to send them to me FOC. He also modified my order for me as I’d incorrectly ordered! Amazing customer service, thanks Nick!
Poor customer service on a product not fit for purpose. I was gifted a PTP pull-up bar recently and found that the parts enclosed were not as described, and did not fit together because the screw holes were misaligned. I returned the item to the store and because I was not able to provide the credit card, I was not able to receive a cash refund. I was offered and was forced to accept a gift card, which I didn't want. Upon adding a review for the product, with supporting images, Rebel removed the review from their website. Fo... read more
