Searching for running shoes with staff member Damien was a breeze. Wise, patient, kind and considerate. Generous with his time , just such a pleasure.
Always shop there for my kids shoes. Usually friendly customer service. Today was awful… i complaint at the counter about this person. He made me feel uncomfortable in that way he spoke to me and looked at me. Even my 8 year old daughter was surprised. I only asked if he could get as a pair of shoes for my kid to try it on. Just bought a new pair of runners from Rebel Southland. I phoned up and spoke with Danielle, she checked stock , called other stores and phoned me back within 20 minutes. She organised a pair to be sent from Mornington. I had my GT 2000s in 2 days. Fantastic service Danielle Thankyou
