Poor product display from poor team management
Walked into Rebel not knowing which shoes would work best for my needs… walked out with the perfect shoes, thanks to Maddy!! Maddy took the time to really understand what I was after and showed a genuine willingness to help. Great customer service at Rebel!
So very happy with this store. I’m from NSW, they had one item left in stock in all of Australia that I was after, and they were able to ship it to NSW. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
One if not THE greatest customer service I’ve experienced in Australia. They went extra mile to find what I wanted and in the end I had a great bargain..highly suggested
