I had a great experience at Rebel Sport today while trying to choose a pair of shoes. It took me a while to decide, but Madeleine B was so patient and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to explain how each shoe worked, what they were best suited for, and really made sure I understood my options. Her knowledge and friendly service made the experience so much easier, and I left feeling confident with my choice. Excellent customer service - thank you Madeleine! Service like this makes people want to return. ☺️

Poor product display from poor team management
Walked into Rebel not knowing which shoes would work best for my needs… walked out with the perfect shoes, thanks to Maddy!! Maddy took the time to really understand what I was after and showed a genuine willingness to help. Great customer service at Rebel!
So very happy with this store. I’m from NSW, they had one item left in stock in all of Australia that I was after, and they were able to ship it to NSW. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
