I had an exceptional experience at Rebel Sport in Rosny this weekend. I had my children and my elderly mother with me, and we all needed new shoes, so it was quite a task! We were served by a lovely young lady named Neve, who was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and had a smile on her face the entire time. Review reflects the stores customer service. Seems to have enough staff on, but there don’t seem to be staff around to help customers when needed. I’ve been to this shops on multiple occasions and witness customers standing around waiting or trying to find a staff member - especially in the shoe section. I think I waited for around 20 mins for a staff member and tried walking around the store to find help, as the display shoe fit me well and I needed the matching shoe pair. Good customer service. Only issue is they run out of stock with product too quickly being the only store I'm Hobart. They really need another store on the other side of town
