Nathan at the store is amazing and very knowledgeable. He patiently took me through a few options for my use case, explained the differences and finally helped me pick the right shoe. Really great customer service!
Thank you so much to the team at Rebel Rockingham. We purchased a basketball hoop system in the Black Friday sales as a Christmas present for our child. When we put it together on boxing day we got 3/4 of the way through, only to find that there was a manufacturing fault with some components. We called the store and they could not have been more helpful, we had replacement components within a couple of hours thanks to some luck and their wonderful assistance.
Thank you very much to Layla at the Rockingham outlet! I was completely unaware of any of the instore sales until she popped by and helped me out.. I ended up getting so much more value for money and managed to scoop up a couple of really nice new golf shirts. Great help, really appreciate it \.(",)./
