Bad experience at this store and this is the second time in 2 months the staff have been extremely rude and not had any patience or product knowledge. The manager really needs to do some training with the staff or looking at other reviews maybe the manager needs the training.
Horrible experience, my four year old daughter was taken into rebels sport Rockingham to get some new shoes for school. The lady in the shoe section was unbelievably rude, while looking at shoes the lady in the shoe section was serving someone else however, my daughter was standing besides the shopping trolly this lady working in the shoe section would push past, pushing her over as she moves around the shoe section, at no stage did she say excuse me, walk around or ask us to move. Staff member was particularly rude, perhaps she was having a bad day or maybe some customer service training is required. Either way went elsewhere for my purchases this day and won’t be coming back.
Rebel staff member Cooper helped my Son choose a pair of footy boots on Thursday night. Coopers knowledge and his helpful and professional manner really stood out and created a very easy and enjoyable experience for my Son and I. Great Customer service
