Malynda at this store was so friendly, very professional and did what she could to help me. She thought outside the box, played detective and solved my product problem. Well done to Malynda- you were awesome.
Called in to pick up something purchased online. Rang the bell many times for no answer. Ending up actually entering the store to collect what I had purchased. Extremely poor service.
Went in to swap shoes for a different pair in a larger size, waited at the wall for maybe just under 10 minutes and was never approached for assistance. Had another family in there that was in the same boat. Ended up going back to the counter and getting a refund. Very disappointing from Rebel.
