Has been my store for a long time and was really disappointed today with the service and the attitude.. I came in for a NB shoes and took the shoe and a mini basketball to the counter and the guy scanned it and I paid for it and when I got home, I realised I was only charged for the ball and not the shoe. I went back telling the guy at the counter Kyle and looks at me tells me he didn’t see the shoe box and only say the ball and just lied to my face as he was the one who put my receipt in the shoe box. Absolutely no customer service. I was sitting there trying shoe sizes for 15 minutes probably, nobody came forward to ask if I need any help. I guess the supervisor asked the guy working there if I was attended, he gave me blank stare. After the supervisor left, still no help offered. Later on I resorted to grabbing the attention of the supervisor or team leader, he helped me but I had difficulty communicating with him too.
