Most staff are nice but a manager or something was terribly rude to my son and kicked him out for trying on shoes
I would not shop here again. When attempting to buy some shoes the arrogant salesman tried to tell me I didn't need theese shoes I needed somthing else far more expensive I had no interest in without even finding out the purpose I was buying the shoe for. Clearly he had no interest in customer service or listening to his customer.
Hirecently I visited Rebel sports centre in Robina. CAMERON came forward to help me with the product and was amazed at his knowledge of the products. His suggestions were excellent and was able to make an informed decision. Cameron is a customer service star and deserves my compliments. Please pass it on to him and Thank you Rebel for hiring such a talent. Well done
First time visiting Rebel and it’s more than just a sports clothing store. There is every kind of sports equipment, including rackets, balls, gloves, swimsuits, workout equipments, and sports water bottles etc.
Always good service with anyone except for the older lady who’s is usually serving at the front, rude and has attitude (Pamela)
