Can you spot the issue? Everything was good until I got home and opened the box of shoes I just purchased. I was given 2 right hand shoes…… I’ll now have to drive over an hour back to the store to get this fixed up, another 3 hours out of my day

Quite disappointed with the service as I went to Rebel Northland to get the Puma duffles bag (pink small size) that I loved so much but there was no stock available. So the staff helped to called Richmond store and asked to on hold for me and I did tell I can only collect on Saturday. So the Northland staff informed the Richmond staff that I could only collect on Saturday and pls on hold for me. Luckily day before I called and the staff said they already putted back the stock on shelf but why never even text me just to at le... read more
